Queensland residentNO history of conditions that may require emergency or hospital treatment.NO history of brain injury, severe depression or anxiety, past psychiatric hospitalisation, eating disorders, anorexia nervosa, ASD-level 2 or 3, diagnosed personality disorder, PTSD and complex PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosisNO use of recreational drugs (this includes cannabis) - urine drug testing is part of assessment and treatment pathwaysSchool reports available (if not, a declaration is to be signed)Able to provide contact details for a person(s) who can corroborate your symptoms of ADHD
